Instructions for copying the text in the dxdiag file and submitting.

For your convenience, print these instructions first.

PLEASE NOTE: The DXDIAG file contains absolutely no personal information about you or your computer usage. It is simply a Windows-generated index of hardware and software installed on your system. Your privacy is 100% protected.

1. Click on START (in the lower left corner of your Windows-based screen).
2. Select “RUN” and type “dxdiag” (without the quotes) in the field next to the caption “Open”. Then select OK.
3. After the program completes, click the “Save All Information…” button and select a convenient location to save the file (such as the Desktop or
“My Documents”).
4. Go to the location where you saved the file, and open it with Notepad by right-clicking on the file and selecting “Open with…” and then selecting Notepad from the list of programs.
5. Press Ctrl-A to Select All (same as selecting “Edit” then “Select All” from the menu at the top) and Ctrl-C to Copy (same as selecting “Edit” then “Copy” from the menu at the top).
6. Click on this link: http://www.drivinghealth.com/techsupport.htm. If you already have the form open in another window, read through the rest of these instructions carefully, and then access the form in the other browser window.
7. Click the mouse inside of the field where the form is asking you for the dxdiag text, and press Ctrl-V to paste the text.
8. Continue filling out the rest of the form, including any additional comments you would like to add (preferably above the text you just pasted).
9. Press the Submit button to send the form to businessmanager@drivinghealth.com.
