Troubleshooting starts with the trace.out file

The trace.out file in the DHI folder is automatically generated by the main program DHI.EXE***. The trace.out file is a text file with the .out extension that contains a list of comments generated at certain points in the program; you can open it in Notepad or Wordpad. The trace.out file helps us determine what the program was doing when the problem occurred.

In most cases when you request technical support from businessmanager@drivinghealth.com, we will ask you to send us this file to help us troubleshoot your issue.

IMPORTANT: Do not upload the trace.out file to the forum. It contains information that should not be made public.
