Before you follow the instructions below, you should have already encountered the page that asks for your PayPal email address. If you did not, or you haven't reached your expiration date, or you changed your PayPal email address, please navigate to the DHI folder on the hard drive or the flash drive and delete two files:

DHISetup.ini
License.dhi

[Please note that If you are using the Portable version and you changed your PayPal email address, you will need to follow additional steps noted below.]

This prepares your software for reactivation.

In order to reactivate your software, you will need to have access to a computer with an Internet connection that permits the program DHI.EXE to access the domain http://drivinghealth.com. Please contact your IT Department to verify that your computer's network access meets these requirements and make the proper adjustments, if needed, prior to following these steps:

1) Start the DrivingHealth Inventory program.
2) When you get to the page with a field labeled "PayPal Email", type in your PayPal email address (or a license identification that may have been provided to you) in the field.
3) Hit the enter key.
4) If your PayPal email address was found in the online database, the Continue button and your new expiration date will be displayed. Press the Continue button to proceed.

IMPORTANT NOTE for Portable users: If you purchased using a different PayPal account than the previous purchase, or if your software just exits without any screens being displayed, you need to contact businessmanager@drivinghealth.com after deleting these 6 files:

PortableKey.dhi
PortableKey2.dhi
PortableTotal.dhi
PortableUsed.dhi
