Adding Uses

Portable Limited-Use version: If you start DHI without any remaining uses, the software will automatically prepare itself for adding uses. After paying for new uses at , the additional uses purchased will be detected the next time you start the software and complete Software Activation. If you want to add more uses before you run out, delete the License.dhi file before launching DHI. This will initiate the Software Activation step in DHI and allow DHI to add the new uses purchased.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ONLINE USERS: If you purchase uses using a different PayPal account than the account that was originally used, or if your software just exits without any screens being displayed, you need to navigate to the DHI folder on the hard drive or the flash drive and delete 2 files: DHISetup.ini and License.dhi. After you do this, you will be able to add more uses.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR PORTABLE USERS: If you purchase uses using a different PayPal account than the account that was originally used, or if your software just exits without any screens being displayed, you will need to contact businessmanager@drivinghealth.com after deleting these 6 files:
DHISetup.ini
License.dhi
PortableKey.dhi
PortableKey2.dhi
PortableTotal.dhi
PortableUsed.dhi
