Backing up data

You need to periodically back up the Data folder:

1) Navigate to the folder where DrivingHealth Inventory is installed (default=DHI).
2) Right-click on the Data folder and select Copy.
3) Open the drive where you want to copy the files, preferably a different drive letter.
4) Right-click and select Paste.
5) When the copy is done, right-click on the copied folder and select Rename.
6) Rename the folder with the current date (e.g., Data20110328).

The Data folder in DHI contains all data collected on a particular hard drive or USB flash drive.
