Software Support & Upgrades

The executable program DRIVINGHEALTH® INVENTORY including UFOV® was developed and will be supported by the research team at TransAnalytics, LLC.

There are three options to find solutions to problems that may arise. You should first try finding a solution on the support forum at http://drivinghealth.com/phpBB3.  Software installation and activation instructions can be accessed by clicking here.

If a solution cannot be found on the forum, make an email request for technical support. All customers with a current subscription for uses of the software will be provided with technical support here.

If support staff are logged in, you can access live chat by clicking “DrivingHealth Online” in the box below.

Any software flaw affecting the normal operation of the functional screening program will be promptly corrected. Though extremely unlikely, if the accuracy or reliability of a customer’s screening results is called into question, the affected number of uses of the screening program will be added to the customer’s account at no charge. As program upgrades become available, they will be offered to customers at each login.
